‘The Sorcerer’s Hiding Place’
Now it’s legal to escape the front door I thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t sure if it would end up a brain dead experience or a walk in the path of pollen and disease. As it happened I came across the ‘Once Upon a Time’ Chair – see photo further down. I found myself thinking it should maybe be better named the ‘One At a Time’ Chair.
The place I visited is called The Leas, it’s got pine avenues, formal gardens and flowers blooming all year – plus it’s right next to the sea. It was OK.
Below, here’s 5 pics and 5 compositions selected from some of my albums that match each other’s mood, including 2 backing tracks. Parks need backing tracks, I think. I hope you enjoy.

Looks beautiful. I hope the hay fever wasn’t too badly affected.
At least your walk looks fairly deserted. It terrifies me that people are crowding on to beaches now. I get the need for company. Indeed, I’m a bit bored talking to myself, but the thing I really miss is a hug.
Stay safe.

Thanks. The Leas are in Folkestone, the next town along the coast from here. Only a few families on the beach. It was an OK afternoon. I did read that along the coast the other way in Broadstairs hundreds turned out, shoulder to shoulder on the beach, and a massive punch-up took place. If it wasn’t for the virus, plus my hay fever, I’d like to have filmed it on my Go-Pro. Great footage for sure. Thanks again ~ George

Thanks. The Leas are in the town just up the coast from me. It’s a good place. Once I sort my hay fever out I’ll be up on the White Cliffs for more photos. Thanks again ~ George

Yeah. The pollen has been thick this year.
That last photo…are they re-sanding the beach? We have to do that on our coast, constantly. We are the state that has the graveyard of the Atlantic. Our Outer Banks are forever being slammed with hurricanes. They had to move Hatteras Lighthouse inland due to erosion.

My favorite…Pigeons and the photo above. I just loved that combo. All of them were wonderful, but that was my favorite, as I said.

Love that chair! 🙂
Do I need the Zoolon app if I purchase a song?

Thanks Felicia. It is a great chair, I agree. Music wide, there’s no need for an app, it’s a simple download from Bandcamp. My 5 regular albums and the 2 backing tracks albums are all there. You can download single tracks and whole albums at Bandcamp. Thanks for thinking you might want a download ~ George

Thanks Cath. The place is good, especially in winter when it’s mainly empty and the sea is rough. Thanks again ~ George

Ha! One at a time is also a good fit. I do love the idea of a story chair, though knowing my kids the stories told will be about butts and farts and poop. Sigh…

Thanks. I heard – before lockdown – the chair was used by teachers to tell stories to loads of kids and apparently because it’s outside in the semi woods the kids respond really well ~ George
