The above pic confirms my fear of heights.
Anyway, another demo song from the concept album written a while ago and based on Plato’s ‘Allegory of the Cave’. This track explores the insecurity the prisoner feels at the time he is leaving shadowland behind and is off out into the world outside the cave.
Hope you like it.

Wonderful song George, and a great title. Your lyrics always create such strong visuals. I like the idea of “crossroads”. I find that this part of the allegory mirrors our everyday lives a bit. I hope you have some time in the future to rerecord the songs from the concept album in the studio, they’re really terrific. ~ Mia

Thanks Mia. One day I’ll get around to recording all the old stuff. Right now after trading for 2 months it’s got to be focus on phase two, adding more products to the website and making new music to market here, there and everywhere, although it’s the products that will grow the business to where I want it to be. Maybe next week I’ll start blogging extracts from a sound art concept album I wrote called Cosa Nostra. All samples and weird noises people will love or hate. Blogging is an interesting place to test drive these things. Have a great day.
